The red wines from the Ribera del Duero have cult status not only in Spain, as this barren plateau on the Duero River is the home of magnificent wines, such as those from the famous winery “Vega Sicilia”... Another estate with that The beautiful name “Vega Clara” is still one of the insider tips in this prestigious and (unfortunately) high-priced wine region. Here, the winemaker Clara Concejo makes great wines on her “mini winery” with just 5 hectares of vineyards that have an excellent price-enjoyment ratio! Their latest coup is a successful cuvée of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon.
