This wine is elegant, harmonious and lively. On the nose, aromas of citrus and yellow fruit are accompanied by a light woody touch. Dense mouth, fine tannins and a finish on the firestone. It is a precise, energetic wine with good tension.

The Airfield Chardonnay evokes intriguing aromas of fresh pear, honeydew melon, butterscotch, and smoked pecans. The wine enters the palate with a slightly creamy mouthfeel; secondary flavors of spiced apples, toasted marshmallow, marzipan and hints of minerality. The finish is smooth, providing well-balanced structure that showcases the perfect harmony of acidity, fruit and oak.

Goes well with Roast Lobster with Tarragon-Lemon Butter, Braised Pork with Pearl Onions and Grapes, Fresh Corn Soufflé with Bacon and Comté, Brie or Camembert

Morgon is a Beaujolais Cru. Intense and complex with strawberry and cherry notes. The palate is full and robust with a wonderful an expression of fresh fruit and a consistent finish.

Food pairing Excellent on grilled red meats or in sauce, lamb, terrines and pâtés. Matured cheese.

Full of character, full of minerality and so wonderfully elegant and salty.  Due to its present fruit acidity, the Grauschiefer Riesling reveals itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. 

Oozing with cherry and dark berry fruits, this McLaren Vale Shiraz is layered with milk chocolate, licorice and finely integrated oak. Showing great depth and generosity, the palate is elegant and well defined. The tannins delicately wrap the fruit and guide it along the palate, resulting in a wine of exceptional length and character.

On the nose, our Mâcon reveals aromas of red and black fruits. On the palate, it is balanced between roundness and freshness with both greedy notes and floral touches, notably peony.

To be enjoyed with oven-roasted red meat

An impressively slate spicy note that combines with a certain saltiness and a hint of mint and lemon balm. There is still no indication of any residual sweetness, the wine fans out and reveals its creamy, silky texture.

Nebbiolo La Fenice is essentially a declassified Barolo at an approachable price. The bouquet is typical of nebbiolo, with elegance and harmony of aromas of red fruit, violet and rose followed by more complex notes of vanilla, cinnamon and green pepper.

Full-bodied and rich on the palate it is sure to accompany well robust dishes of pasta, meat and aged cheeses.

Made from 100% Susumaniello, this is a deep ruby red wine with purple shades. On the nose gives red and black fruits, a gentle zesty sensation, red flowers and hints of spices and tobacco. Food: Meat starters, first dishes with funghi porcini, game in general, BBQ and medium aged cheeses.
